A front loader controls spin vibration with two lines of defence: the suspension rods above and the anti-vibration feet below. The rubber elements in the feet carry both isolation and end-stop duty, and they are the main reason a washer “gets louder with age”. Under years of compression in a warm humid cabinet the rubber takes a set and thermally ages, stiffness and damping decay together, and the same off-balance load that passed on day one now amplifies into walking, wall impacts and noise. The floor coupling hides beneath: the same feet on rigid concrete and on a flexible timber floor amplify vibration by entirely different factors, so the lab result and the customer's kitchen disagree. The line check is one vibration measurement at end of assembly. Foot decay curves, floor-coupling matrices and walking displacement have no number at all.
Performance and vibration clauses to GB/T 4288 (household electric washing machines); structure and safety to GB 4706.1 and GB 4706.24 on the same basis as IEC 60335-2-7; noise measurement per GB/T 4214.1; rubber aging per GB/T 3512 (hot-air aging) and GB/T 7759 (compression set). Stiffness-decay limits, walking criteria and noise deltas can follow the customer standard, sampling to GB/T 2828.
Four stations over a three-surface matrix deliver a foot history from new to failure within a week. The single end-of-line vibration check becomes a decay report with aging curves, floor matrices and walking data. Incoming feet, suspension matching and after-sales walking and noise complaints share one bench.
