The problem

Carrying a floor washer up steps or dropping it onto the floor puts the whole impact on the handle and brush joint. That fishing-rod style beating is what kills clips and pins, yet nobody wants to swing a machine thousands of times by hand, and hand testing cannot reproduce force, angle or frequency, so 300 beats and 3000 beats are not comparable.

Capability

The bench clamps the handle at both ends in a chuck fixture and a servo drive beats the unit at a set angle and rate, simulating lifting, hanging and knocking against the floor. Beat angle 0-80deg, speed 1-40rpm freely settable, 0-999999 counts with automatic stop at target, PLC control with 7-inch touch screen, pine board table to damp secondary impact, aluminium profile frame with powder-coated panels. Single independent station as standard, expandable to two stations; about 700x1500x1350mm, AC220V 1.5kW. Gentle adjustable motion avoids artificial damage to the sample.
