Model: NL-RDC-5
Flame supervision is the safety floor of a gas hob: a thermocouple generates millivolts that hold the valve open, and when the flame dies the current falls and the valve closes. Only tens of thousands of cycles reveal the drift, when the opening current creeps up and the closing time stretches until the burner will not stay lit. Manual testing means pressing and reading a multimeter each time, and strong light upsets photo sensors so the data is lost.
Built to GB 16410-2007 clause 5.2.11 table 6 and clause 6.16.4 plus CJ/T 30-2013 and CNCA-C24-01 annex 5.2.11, the system runs endurance cycles on thermoelectric flameout valves. Five stations as standard, expandable and independently controlled; 0-999999 cycles preset; opening and closing times each 0-999.9s settable; opening and closing currents each 0-400.0mA settable at plus or minus 1 percent to emulate different thermocouple outputs; press stroke 1-20mm adjustable; valve position detected by modulated fibre-optic emission and reception, immune to false triggering and strong light; ambient range -20C to 120C to emulate hob panel conditions; a power meter (0-5000W, plus or minus 1 percent, 1W resolution) records holding power per station. All data exportable to plot current drift against cycle count.
Flame supervision device makers factory sampling; hob makers safety part incoming verification; CCC certification endurance tests; thermocouple and valve component life comparison
