Model: NL-MCDH-5
The pulse igniter is the cheapest part on a gas hob and the one that matters most: after a few thousand sparks the coil weakens and the electrode carbonises until the spark gap drops from 8mm to 3mm and users have to press three times. Testing on complete hobs means one unit at a time for months, and the ignition surge often destroys the test power supply first.
Built to GB 16410-2007 clause 6.16.2, QB/T 2365-98 and CNCA-C24-01 annex 5.2.11 and 5.3.1.5, the system runs endurance ignition cycles on pulse igniters. Outputs cover DC 0-30V and AC 0-250V with both DC and AC terminals at every station and independent voltage adjustment per tier. A surge protection loop with discharge tube and varistor plus a noise filter protects the supply from ignition spikes; AC100-110V and AC220V are taken directly from mains through an isolation transformer and earth leakage breaker with the same protection. Output short-circuit and over-current protection stops output and lights the fault lamp. Total counter 0-999999 with alarm and lock at target, per-station counter 0-999999, ignition and rest time each 0-99.99s, spark gap 0-10mm, five stations as standard and expandable, automatic stop and alarm at the end of the test.
