The problem

Motors need 16-hour short-term and 168-hour long-term aging and manual supervision misses records; load current set by feel never matches the engineering approval sheet; and speed decay after aging relies on a single manual measurement.

Capability

Aging and life verification bench for small motors up to 110mm diameter and 110mm length (incl. shaft) with 30 test channels. Every 5 channels share one independent power group - 6 groups in total; output voltage AC 100-250V/50-60Hz and DC 0-36V fully adjustable; per-station current 0-20A AC and 0-30A DC. Voltage is set per the motor approval sheet with fan-blade load (short-term life) or half-round iron load (long-term life) so the working current matches the sheet. Relays control work and rest times automatically; counter 1-9999 cycles; timer resolution 1s. Each station has a bi-colour lamp (green normal, red abnormal) with automatic stop-time logging, plus a digital ammeter and curve recording with query and export on the host PC. Flow: no-load speed pre-test, clamping, voltage setting and loading, aging run, then no-load speed re-test and appearance check; acceptance: normal function without fire, no-load speed deviation within plus/minus 10 percent (short-term) and plus/minus 30 percent (long-term). AC220V plus/minus 10 percent 50Hz input (three-phase 380V engineered for high-current configurations).
