Unbalanced impellers show up only at whole-machine trial run - vibration, noise and early bearing wear mean double rework cost; outsourcing balancing takes long and costs more; hand-marked phase reference is inaccurate; and an NG part gives no clue where the heavy sector is.
Bench tests the dynamic balance of fan impeller assemblies at the sub-assembly station of combi boilers per ISO 1940-1 / GB/T 9239.1 grade G6.3. The operator marks the original line on the impeller and a photoelectric sensor reads the phase reference; a servo motor with encoder holds the balancing speed at 6480rpm plus/minus 2 percent (6350-6610rpm) for rotors below 1kg; X/Y ICP piezo accelerometers capture vibration (sampling at or above 10kHz) and a 16-bit DAQ feeds the industrial PC, where the influence-coefficient method solves unbalance amount and phase angle; the HMI shows OK for pass and NG for fail with the heavy sector (e.g. 0-120 degrees) highlighted for directed correction. A DC12V/7A regulated output powers the fan under test; manual/auto modes; data stored locally with history query and a reserved MES interface; dual interlock of clamp closed plus guard door before start; spindle runout below 0.02mm; 800x600x1200mm; electricals per GB/T 5226.1-2019.
Dynamic-balance inspection of fan impellers at combi-boiler and gas-heater sub-assembly stations; factory inspection at fan and impeller makers; sampling of small motor rotors; lab verification of balancing process and correction mass
