Life testing kettles and frothers by hand means thousands of pour-plug-boil cycles, sore fingers and missed counts; filling volume varies so data is not comparable; and testing stops every night because no one is there.

Capability

Automatic life tester for kettles, milk frothers and foam makers with 20 independently controlled stations arranged as four 5-station units. Boil-life mode: the gripper lifts and pours (time settable), returns level, docks onto the base, refills under constant pressure, a mechanical finger presses the boil switch, the cycle is counted automatically when the thermostat trips, then the kettle separates and the next cycle starts. Plug-life mode: repeated plug-unplug-power cycles at set counts with periodic water change to avoid dry-boil trips. Filling 0.5-4L adjustable (electronic flow meter 0.1-5L, 0.1L resolution) with plus/minus 50mL repeatability; pour/lift/dock/heat/pause/alarm times 1-9999.9s; cycle counter 1-999999 with alarm and stop at target; per-station smart current monitoring with audible-visual fault alarm on the touch screen. Gripper pressure adjustable for different handle shapes; kettles 100-400mm diameter, 150-300mm high; load voltage AC110-250V adjustable with up to 7.5kW per station and 40A working current, independent from the AC220V machine supply; 304 stainless wetted parts; Mitsubishi PLC with Weinview HMI; remote WLAN monitoring and reserved MES interface.
