Instant Water Heater Performance Test System: Six-Station Online Testing at 10 Seconds per Unit

An instant water heater has no stored water to buffer anything: outlet temperature is decided directly by heating power and flow rate. A heating element with a power deviation, a drifting flow sensor or a control board with unsynchronised timing all end up as a customer complaint about water that swings between hot and cold. The traditional method — power up, run water, read a thermometer — is slow, poorly traceable, and cannot support 100% inspection.

Stations and throughput

Six parallel stations, roughly 10 seconds per unit; the unit serial number is scanned and bound to the test record, data is uploaded automatically to MES / SPC, and a failed unit triggers audible alarm and station lock-out.
