Weld-seam leaks of pressure cookers pass factory test? Water-pressure air-tightness machine holds the whole pot in a high-pressure tank and releases automatically

The problem

Leaking weld seams that pass factory inspection show up at the user home as water leakage, driving complaints and recalls; manual pressurising relies on experience; whole-pot pressure holding in a high-pressure tank is slow and risky to watch by hand; and without records there is no quality traceability.

Capability

Dedicated non-standard machine for pressure cooker body air-tightness, covering internal immersion pressure test and weld-seam pressure test. Step one (weld-seam immersion): the body is loaded into the mould, clamping cylinders press down, the water-tank cylinder lowers to submerge the weld port, solenoid valves apply 0.3-1.8MPa and leakage is judged automatically by pressure change with a visual bubble check as double assurance. Step two (whole-pot tank holding): one or two cookers are placed in the water-filled high-pressure tank, the clamping cylinder fastens the tank screws, pressurised to 0.3-1.8MPa with holding time 0-9999s settable; at the end the machine alarms and releases pressure automatically. Test range 0-1.6MPa adjustable, test time 0-100s settable, one station with fixtures; differential pressure gauges 0-1.6MPa with upper/lower limit signal output; Panasonic PLC with A/D module and 7-inch Weiluntong colour touch screen, automatic lifting; pass green light, fail red light with pass/fail counting; leaking parts stay pressurised until the cancel button releases for leak marking; booster tank test system (250x600mm), three SUS304 fixture sets, water tank, precision regulators, gauges and high-pressure 24V solenoid valves; leakage and emergency-stop protection with dual-colour alarm beacons; frame approx. 1550x870x1750mm excluding 700mm cylinder height, AC220V/50Hz.
