A drop in flow after the purifier has been in service is a common user complaint. Yet pressure-drop and flux data is often unavailable: you cannot say whether the cartridge itself has degraded or whether inlet pressure and water quality are to blame, and there is no verifiable answer for the customer. Incoming inspection that only checks appearance and sealing lets the batch-to-batch variation in pressure drop surface only after the unit is assembled.

What the NL-FLT-8 filter test bench measures
