The problem

Gas shut-off valves need tens of thousands of endurance cycles; manual switching twenty-plus seconds per cycle runs for a month, counts go wrong and pressures drift; after endurance nobody can tell whether the valve still seats tight or passes rated flow.

Capability

Endurance bench for electromagnetic gas emergency shut-off valves and solenoid valves with all modes and parameters set from the HMI, industrial aluminium single-layer frame, industrial touch PC with ForceControl SCADA for fully automatic operation and fault detection. Endurance runs 7.5s open / 15s close cycles to 30000 cycles (pressure-segment allocation per the test plan); 3 independent stations with separately settable flow/rest times and cycle counts, running alone or together. Air pressure 0-1.2MPa adjustable; gas flow meter 2-150L/min at plus/minus 2 percent; two 0-60V AC/DC adjustable drive channels with 0.1V (class 0.5) voltage and 0.01A current indication. At target count the system stops automatically, saves data, gives an audible-visual prompt, judges valve open/close by flow and generates stored reports. Settings are power-fail protected; over-temperature and over-current protection; continuous duty. Main unit 1850x1250x1730mm, table height 780mm, heavy castors, AC380V/50Hz, ambient 0-50 degrees C.
