The problem

Emergency shut-off and torsion strength of solenoid valves need one machine that pulls and twists - plain tensile machines have no torque channel and pure torsion machines cannot pull hoses; broken parts leave no load curve for customer audits, and swapping fixtures across DN15-300 ports wastes hours.

Capability

Computerized servo tensile-torsion machine tests tension, torsional failure strength and elongation of materials, semi-finished and finished products - hardware, rubber and plastics, wire and cable, terminals, and the emergency shut-off and torsion performance of solenoid valves. Two class-0.5 precision load cells, capacity selectable up to 50kN; force range 0.2-100 percent FS with plus/minus 0.5 percent accuracy and 1/300000 resolution; displacement error within plus/minus 0.5 percent with 0.00004mm resolution; torque channel uses a 100N·m sensor driven by a torsion servo with reducer and high-strength synchronous belt. Delta servo motors (0.75kW tension, 3kW torsion) drive precision ball screws with NMRV050 reducers; 50mm hardened hard-chrome guide rods; speed 0.001-1000mm/min (plus/minus 0.5 percent) continuously adjustable across the range; 1500mm stroke without grips, 410mm column spacing, hard-chrome fixtures above HRC55; DN15-300 hose tension grips included. Windows test software with multi-segment programs, curve printing and data storage; mechanical limit switches, E-stop, over-current/over-voltage, software limits and breakpoint stop. Separate frame and control cabinet; 560x420x1800mm, about 560kg, AC220V/50Hz.
