Complete set per GB 7000.1 and IEC 60598-1 shields luminaires from air convection and radiant heat during temperature rise tests. The cabinet shield measures 1000x1000x1200mm with three layers of punched cold-rolled steel (1-2mm holes, vent area about 40 percent plus/minus 5 percent of each layer), about 200mm layer spacing, 0.7mm sheet, matte black finish; 150mm side gaps for easy disassembly; steel top frame carrying 30kg; cable entry holes on three sides; twin hasp doors 1000x450mm per leaf; locking castors; movable fixture for fixed, ceiling and wall luminaires. The test corner per GB 4706.1 clause 11 measures 1000x1000x1000mm (customizable), 20mm black-painted plywood, load above 30kg, 64 points per face (8x8, 75mm pitch) and 192 points on three faces with 15x1mm brass discs; OMEGA K-type TT-K-30 thermo-couples (0.255mm) exit through dedicated sockets without extra error. The set includes a paperless recorder with PC SCADA (storage, curves, Excel export, user rights), a power analyzer (DC/AC 600V 20A, 0.1 percent), a precision AC source (single-phase low range 0-150V, high range 0-300V, 47-63Hz, 0.2 percent regulation, 0.3 percent THD), lamp holders E12/E14/E27/E40/B15/B22/G5/G13/GU10, an isolation transformer and a desktop PC with printer.
