The inlet valve is where washer leak complaints start: weak start at low pressure, weeping seals at high pressure, deformation after hot-cold duty. Manual on-off benches cannot combine water pressure, temperature and coil voltage the way real duty does, so the failure never shows before shipment.
Twenty stations test drum and pulsator washer inlet valves in parallel, accepting BSPT/NPSM inlets and one-in-one-out or one-in-many-out outlets. Water pressure 0.02-1.2MPa with seven set points (0.02 / 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0MPa); at stable pressure the system records the 30s average flow automatically. Water temperature 5-70degC by PID-controlled 304-stainless tank (about 200L) with automatic top-up and drain, level alarms, and easy cleaning. Coil supply AC 0-300V with 50/60Hz selection, plus AC/DC interfaces (DC24V, AC110V/AC220V) for both product families. Counting to 999999 cycles (300000 typical) within +/-2 counts, on/off times 1-999999s settable per station, any selection of stations running together. Station-to-display correspondence, independent ON/OFF and terminals per station, fault located on screen with tower light (green run / yellow standby / red fault). Configurable software logs pressure, flow, counts and frequency with compensation and flow calibration, exporting to Excel/Word; painted frame on casters.
