Model: NL-CJSN-1
A faucet that passes a room-temperature spot check can still weep in the field once hot water, thermal deformation and repeated cycling get involved. Export orders face the full EN 817 sequence - upstream and downstream sealing, diverter sealing both ways and a 2.5MPa mechanical strength hold - and a workshop pressure gauge cannot reproduce it.
The bench covers the mechanical mixing valve test sequence of EN 817 sealing characteristics and mechanical strength under pressure, together with GB 18145-2014 ceramic disk faucets and GB/T 23447-2009 showers. Sealing: closed-valve upstream hold 1.6+/-0.05MPa for 60+/-5s; open-valve downstream hold 0.4+/-0.02MPa stepped down to 0.02+/-0.002MPa, 60+/-5s each; diverter sealed in both bath and shower directions, auto-reset diverters to EN 14506 with an EN ISO 3822-4 flow resistancer fitted. Strength: 2.5MPa (25bar) static hold on the closed upstream side, 60+/-5s, no residual deformation; downstream 0.4MPa dynamic or 0.4+/-0.04L/s, with and without flow controller. A hot-cold dual-temperature loop runs programmable alternating cycles. Pressure system supplies and holds static and dynamic pressure; digital indication, automatic timing and leak/deformation judgment.
Full-type and 100% inspection at faucet plants; EN 817 incoming verification for export orders; ceramic cartridge and diverter supplier qualification; third-party laboratory commissioned testing
