The problem

Thousands of trip-and-reset cycles per batch wear out thumbs and lose count; life cycling without periodic retests of contact resistance and trip current lets bad plugs reach finished machines; loaded life testing feels too risky to attempt on a bench.

Capability

Endurance life tester for leakage protection plugs and anti-shock adapters meeting GB 20044-2005 and GB 4706.12-2006 with UL 943B benchmarking. One cycle: press the test button, the trip releases, press reset, then leak line to earth, trip again and reset. Either trip mode or both can run; three independent counters track test-button presses, line-earth leaks and trip actions. Every n cycles (0-999999 settable) the machine retests contact resistance and trip current automatically and records the results, with power-off memory. Five load circuits at 6A, 10A or 16A selectable; loads outside the set range stop the test with an alarm; three trip simulation channels 6-30mA adjustable; clamping up to 60mm; cylinder driven with a Chinese touch-screen interface; about 1800x700x1450mm; AC220V, 60A rated, air 0.5-0.7MPa; power and voltage meters, elapsed time accumulation, leakage overload and short circuit protection.
