The problem

Hydrostatic proof and burst tests on gas cylinders cannot be run by hand with stable pressurisation and peak capture; a rupture must stop the machine automatically to protect people and equipment; water-hammer pulsing runs tens of thousands of cycles that nobody can watch; and without recorded curves and peak pressure the test report cannot be issued.

Combined machine for hydrostatic, pressure-proof, static-pressure, burst and water-hammer pulse tests of gas cylinders, pressure vessels and tubular parts; pneumatic liquid booster up to 60MPa, burst pressure up to 60MPa; water-hammer pressure 0.014-20MPa with two different pressures testable at the same time, pulse frequency 0.03-1Hz adjustable, cycles 1-99999; pressure accuracy plus/minus 0.5 percent with 0-100MPa transducers class 0.25 and 0.4-class gauges, all with calibration certificates; 0.1g electronic balance; specimens up to 180mm diameter and 12L (jacket with built-in draining), water jacket accepts at least 220mm diameter by 850mm length, pulse specimens up to 180x1800mm in two parallel lines of 1-3 samples each; air supply 0.4-0.8MPa at 300L/min (customer side); PLC plus industrial PC with Chinese test software, live pulse and burst curves, peak record, database, editable reports and Office export; over-pressure/over-time/over-temperature/leak alarms, emergency relief and auto stop on rupture for unattended operation; powder-coated steel with SUS304 water-jacket floor, approx. 1180x600x1800mm, AC220V/1PH/50Hz; high-pressure fittings M18x1.5, M24x2, M33x3 and PZ27.8 included.
