The problem

Hinge play, latch failure and door sag only surface after tens of thousands of opening cycles. Manual door-cycling tests vary in force and miscount, so by the time a whole-machine reliability test exposes the door, the rework bill has multiplied.

Capability

The rig covers button-spring doors, spring doors, drop-down doors, flip lids and left-opening washer doors on one bench. Opening angle 0-180deg set on the touch screen; speed 0-10 cycles/min with opening and closing speeds set independently. A servo-driven pneumatic gripper reproduces the real grab-and-pull motion, with a spring buffer that keeps closing force and speed under control. Counting from 100000 cycles upward, freely settable, with the time stamped automatically every 10000 cycles. Failure monitoring covers door-not-open and door-not-closed conditions (hinge or gripper failure stops the test immediately); the sample is powered automatically and the current signal is watched throughout, with digital voltmeter and ammeter alarming on supply failure or electrical damage. Over-current, leakage and overheat protection allow unattended runs; a network port is reserved for later data extraction. Fixed worktable with universal fixtures, max sample height 1600mm, inner space W750xD800xH1200mm, overall 1020x1300x1600mm, AC220V 50Hz up to 2800W, air supply 4-6kg/cm2.
