Whole-machine plugged aging runs rely on an operator watching the clock; on-off switching is manual, blocking orifices are inconsistent so data cannot be compared, and overheating at night goes unnoticed until a machine burns.

Test cabinet with suction and exhaust piping, central control and temperature monitoring; on-off time 1-999999 (S/M/H units settable), counts 1-9999999; records per-station voltage, current, blocking orifice, run time and temperature; 9 blocking plates (10/13/15/16/19mm and 1/2, 3/8, 1/4, 1/8 inch); test current 1-30A; 4 stations per deck; K-type thermocouples 0-200C; 7-inch touch screen with Mitsubishi PLC and USB data export. AC220V 3.5kW (excluding load supply).
