The problem

Endurance runs of 20 pumps take a month of manual switching; inlet and outlet pressure, flow and temperature rise are not logged together so failure mechanisms stay unclear, and acid or alkaline duty cannot be reproduced without temperature control.

Twenty stations in mirrored rows, each with a flowmeter and live readout; 12000-cycle programme (run 10-999min, stop 0-9999min); twin SUS304 decks - upper supplies water, lower catches leakage - with filtered tap inlet; tank heating 0-80C; inlet pressure sensor 0-0.6MPa and outlet 0-1.6MPa (1 percent F.S); flow 0.6-6L/min; DC0-60V adjustable supply with DC power meter 0-60V/0-5A; three K-type probes per pump (front, mid, rear); continuous and on-off endurance modes plus blocked-outlet pressure tests; Weinview touch screen with Mitsubishi FX3U PLC and communicating power meters per station. 1680x680x1680mm, AC380V 7.5kW.
