The problem

Thermostatic valve cartridges require tens of thousands of hot-cold cycling actuations that cannot be done by hand; water temperature, pressure and flow must stay stable on many channels for days; the standard rhythm of knob movement and dwell times is second-level and cannot be reproduced manually; and temperature-characteristic drift after endurance has no curve evidence for customer audits.

6 independent stations for T/P/TP type thermostatic valves with per-station programs and counters; standard cycle: knob to 40-45C dwell 6s, to 25-30C within 3s dwell 5s, back within 3s dwell 6s, 30000 hot-cold cycles; inlet cold 15-20C and hot 65-70C, temperature difference at least 44C, water pressure 0.3 plus/minus 0.03MPa, outlet flow 5 plus/minus 1L/min; 200L cold tank (10C to ambient plus/minus 1C, refrigeration) and 200L hot tank (ambient to 95C plus/minus 1C, PID, 12kW), both reaching setpoint within 20 minutes; pressure 0.1-1.5MPa accuracy 0.001MPa, variable-frequency regulation 0.3-1.0MPa class 0.5; flow 0-10L/min accuracy 0.1L/min (3-30L/min optional); servo-driven knob with dual-guide-rail screw lifting fixtures; tests cover temperature sensitivity, flow, sealing, life cycling, pressure-temperature variation, water interruption and mechanical temperature limiter; 9 data channels per station captured at 200+ readings per second with live curves, history and reports; PLC plus industrial PC with LabVIEW; power-fail resume; SUS304 frame approx. 2000x1200x1850mm, AC380V/50Hz.
