Mattress sagging and resilience complaints cannot be reproduced by hand; tens of thousands of rolling cycles on spring mattresses are impossible to run manually; sofa seat, armrest and backrest loading at standard force values in alternating cycles cannot be executed manually; and factories and test labs lack a standard bench for type testing and sampling.

One bench for both mattress rolling and sofa loading; rolling module of about 140kg reciprocates over a horizontally placed mattress to simulate body pressure at different positions, suitable for heavy-duty spring, normal spring, foam and palm-fibre mattresses (not for water or air beds); sofa tests per QB/T 1952.1: seat loading pad 50 plus/minus 5kg at 350mm from seat front edge; armrest pad 50mm diameter (R10 edge) at 80mm from front edge, 45 degrees to horizontal, 250N; backrest pad 100x200mm (R10 edge), two points 300mm apart at 450mm height or flush with top, 300N alternating; measuring disc 100mm (R10) at 100 plus/minus 20mm/min; calibration weight 350mm face (R3) 70 plus/minus 0.5kg; motor-driven screw lifting; touch-screen controller; frequency 0.33-0.42Hz (20-25 per min) with programmable auto stop; air supply at least 7kgf/cm2; frame approx. 152x200x165cm, about 1350kg, three-phase 380V.
