The problem

Static sealing tests cannot screen out field internal/external leakage; AS/NZS and EN endurance conditions need half the cycles at high temperature and each half over 24 hours - impossible by hand. This machine runs the full cycle automatically with torque-decay curves.

Media: water or air, output pressure adjustable; test pressure 0.05-0.8MPa, resolution 0.01bar; flow 4-400L/min via stainless multi-stage pump; torque sensor 4-200Nm records open/close torque decay; temperature ambient-70C (AS/NZS 60C hot segment); step motor drives reciprocating valve rotation, angle and speed settable (5 cycles/min); dwell at full open/close 0-5s settable; cycle count 1-10000 with auto stop; AS/NZS condition (half cycles at 60C or max use temperature, half at ambient/low temperature, each half at least 24h, pentane/toluene saturated air optional) and EN condition (-5C/-20C 9h pre-conditioning then sealing and torque test); PC + PLC control with touch screen; DN100-250 ball valve fixtures; built-in water tank with temperature controller.
