The problem

Capability

Passive fixture for the solid insulation electric strength test of GB 4943.1-2022 clause 5.4.9 and figure 29, used with a hipot tester. Metal test rod 100g plus/minus 5g, contact face 5mm plus/minus 0.1mm, edge rounded to 0.5mm radius; the rod is guided vertically and pressed by its own weight for repeatable contact pressure. Epoxy laminated base plate with red and black banana terminals connecting the hipot high-voltage and return leads.
