The problem

The water efficiency grade of a reverse-osmosis purifier hangs on two environment variables: water temperature and inlet pressure. If the supply drifts with the season and dosing is mixed by hand, the measured product water ratio will not repeat between two submissions, and the rating process drags on with re-tests.

Capability

Built for GB 34914-2017 Water efficiency limits and grades of water purifiers, GB/T 35937-2018, GB/T 30307-2013 and QB/T 4144-2019. Three test stations share one dosed water loop with independent start-stop; two 1000L stainless tanks alternate to hold supply at 25+/-1degC (5-35degC settable, 0.1degC resolution) for continuous flow. Supply pressure 0-0.5MPa adjustable at 0.5-class acquisition, standard test point 0.24+/-0.02MPa. Flow 0.15-3L/min at class 1, six custom meters 0.6-4L/min at 0.1L resolution. A 1500L/h softener plus manual dosing with motor-stirred mixing prepares the standard test water. The system automatically captures total inlet, total permeate, total concentrate (waste), permeate flow and product water ratio, drawing curves and generating reports on a PLC + PC platform with 15-inch wide screen. All piping argon-arc welded stainless, factory-tested at 6MPa; each station has an outlet, indicator and switch. AC380V 50Hz, dosing capacity above 20L/min.
