The problem

Incoming control boards can only be judged by wiring them into a finished heater, one board per machine; relay operation and over-temperature cut-out are invisible to the eye; temperature logic needs the water to cool and reheat, so a bench checks a handful of boards a day.

Capability

Twin-station test bench that simulates the signals and loads a water heater control system sees, checking power boards, control boards and display boards with live voltage, current and pulse fault display per station. Each station carries a 3kW load split into 1kW and 2kW groups mimicking heater elements, switchable 1000W/2000W/3000W; two 0-50kohm adjustable resistors simulate inlet and outlet temperature sensors, verifying that the board cuts power above a set temperature and restores it below. Life and high-low temperature modes, single-key or dual-key operation, finger-one and finger-two timings, heating time and idle time all set from the panel; counts 0-999999 (standard 10000) with an alarm at target; indicator lamps show relay states, switching data is collected, checked and recorded with faults scrolling on the panel. Measurement: supply 220V (0.5V display, 0.05V capture), test voltage 0-250V at 0.01V, current 0-30A at 0.05A, power 0-6kW at 1 percent, load resistor 6kW at 0.5 percent. Dedicated fixture bench for different board fixtures, insulated work surface, leakage and short-circuit protection plus self-test. AC220V.
