Heat input and efficiency tests done by eye, stopwatch and thermometer take hours per unit with poor repeatability; a failed energy-efficiency filing means another round of rework and certification delays; flue gas, water temperature and gas pressure sit on separate instruments and the numbers never line up.

Comprehensive performance test system for gas cooking appliances (including integrated stoves) built to GB 16410-2007 clause 6.7 and GB 30720-2014, covering CNCA-C24-01:2019 annex 5.2.2, 5.2.3 and 5.2.4: heat efficiency, heat input (measured, corrected and rated accuracy), gas relative static pressure, gas temperature, gas flow, water temperature (initial, live, final), surface temperature rise and energy grading in one sequence. Wet gas meter 0-3.0 m3/h (0.2 percent FS), gas pressure 100-5000Pa (0.055 percent FS), gas temperature 0-60C at 0.1C, water temperature 0-100C (0.2 percent FS, response under 0.5s), ambient temperature and barometric pressure included. Automatic stirrer 30 strokes/min adjustable (stroke 50mm or more), constant-temperature water and automatic weighing, flue-gas probes in copper and stainless steel, built-in hob adaptation plate; test corner 1200x1000x2000mm per GB 16410-2007 fig.9 with 10 spare surface thermocouples; barcode scanning with automatic database archiving; repeat accuracy plus or minus 1 percent with factory calibration report.
