The problem

Internal wiring flexes as parts move in service; manual clause 23.3 testing is uneven and hand counted, broken cores surface only as warranty claims, and single-station rigs queue samples for a week.

Capability

Flexing endurance tester for internal wiring, power cords and DC cords meeting GB/T 4706.1-2024 clause 23.3, compatible with UL 817 methods. Six stations running synchronously; servo motor with toothed belt drive; swing angle 0-360 degrees settable with 1-degree accuracy; rate 1-60 cycles/min; touch screen plus PLC, counting stops at detected flexing, automatic stop and data save on break or open circuit; weight sets 50/100/200/250/500/750/1000g (three each) with adjustable retainers; universal swing fixtures fit common data and power cords. Powder-coated cabinet with over-voltage, over-temperature, circuit and power-fail protection; about 850x600x750mm, 150kg, 195W, AC220V 50Hz.
