The problem

Customers ask for IPX5/IPX6 powerful spray tests but the lab has no dedicated rig and has to turn orders away; improvised spray lances give unstable pressure and flow, so results get questioned; hand-held guns depend on operator angle and distance, so repeatability is poor; and a large walk-in rain room will not fit a small laboratory.

Capability

Box-type IPX5/IPX6 powerful spray rain test rig for ingress protection tests per GB/T 4208-2017 and IEC 60529. Stainless steel powerful spray head with one ball valve and a 5m high-pressure hose; enclosed cabinet with viewing window; the specimen is sprayed inside the box. Nozzle bores configured per the standard (6.3mm for IPX5, 12.5mm for IPX6) with supply pressure and flow adjusted to the IPX5/IPX6 requirements. A hand-held spray gun with fixed-stand version, plus pumps and flow meters, can be provided on request. AC220V when a pump is fitted.
