Life testing by hand means filling, closing, pressing and draining all day for only a few dozen cycles; nobody can watch ten cookers boiling overnight; a midnight power cut resets the counter to zero; and without metered load voltage and power the data will not pass export certification.

Capability

Comprehensive life test bench for electric pressure cookers with every action simulating normal human use. Ten stations (station count selectable): adjust table height, clamp the cooker, open the lid, fill water 0.5-15L with level detection, lower the lid with coupling detection, press buttons with power-on detection, time-sequenced cooking with power-loss alarm detection, release pressure, open the lid, move in the drain device to remove hot water with water detection, blow-cool the base for a set time (optional), then count one cycle and repeat. Cycle count 0-99999; cooling time 0-999min; each station has a 10-13A universal socket accepting UL, GS and BS plug standards; external adjustable load supply 80-300V (customer side) with maximum total load 15kW; per-station power meters 0-50A and a total load voltmeter 0-300V; PLC plus HMI sets cycles, water volume and cooking sequence per station; incomplete parameters, product failure or overtime stops the station with fault alarm; power-fail memory keeps the count and resumes after power return; manual reset, parameter lock and pause functions with mid-test pause counts; pneumatic actuation with tap-water supply, air 0.5-0.8MPa; frame approx. 2160x680x2180mm, AC220V/50Hz.
